Yes — full terms are confirmed at checkout, but as a general rule, changes made more than 48 hours before departure carry no fee. Get in touch as early as possible and we'll do what we can.

Group rates are available for parties of 8 or more on most small-group tours, and children typically travel at a reduced rate. Ask us for a quote when you enquire.

Most day tours depart central Edinburgh, with selected routes also running from Glasgow and Inverness. Exact pickup points are confirmed on your booking, and private tours can start wherever suits you, including the airport.

Scottish weather is part of the experience, and tours run in rain, wind and sunshine alike. In genuinely unsafe conditions — heavy snow on mountain passes, for example — we'll adjust the route or reschedule, and always contact you in advance.

Selected vehicles in our fleet are wheelchair accessible. Let us know your requirements when booking and we'll match you to the right tour and vehicle, or advise if a route isn't suitable.

Layers and a waterproof jacket year-round, comfortable walking shoes, and a camera. Water and light snacks are provided on full-day tours.
